These terms cover ProductStudio by Chavez Technologies, an all-in-one customizer for Shopify. Installing the app, or approving it in Shopify admin, accepts these terms and the privacy policy. Questions go to jmchavez2029@gmail.com.

The app

ProductStudio lets a shop set up a product customizer, publish that product to the Online Store, and sell it through Shopify checkout. The shop keeps its Shopify store, its customers, and its orders. Chavez Technologies provides the customizer, the theme app block, and the connection to Shopify.

Subscription

The plan is ProductStudio at $60.00 USD every 30 days, charged by Shopify Billing. The app does not collect or store a card number. Development stores are billed with a test charge. Cancel the plan in Shopify billing, or uninstall the app. Shopify’s own billing terms apply to the charge.

The shop’s responsibilities

The shop is responsible for the products it sells, the pictures and words it uploads, the designs its customers submit, and for printing and fulfilling those orders. The shop also keeps its own customer-facing policies. Do not upload content the shop does not have the right to use.

Data

The privacy policy describes the shop data, design files, and Shopify fields the app processes, and why. The app does not request customer name, email, phone, or address. Data is kept only while the app is installed and needed to run the designer. Uninstalling the app, and a Shopify shop redact request, delete that shop’s stored data and access token.

Changes

Chavez Technologies may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. Continuing to use the app after that update accepts the new terms. Shopify’s terms also apply to the shop’s use of Shopify.
